10 tips for a better body and a healthy lifestyle

There are actual preparations to be made in order to really change your lifestyle! Losing weight and changing your lifestyle involves changing your daily habits. Weight does not just fall off your body you have to work for it!




Below is a list of how to prepare yourself for a complete and total lifestyle change. Following these easy, well thought steps will change your life forever!!!

  • Get your body on a regular sleep cycle -it is important to go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday. Try to get 8 hour of sleep or more a night;
  • Power naps are good! Try closing your eyes for 20 min only;
  • Never skip breakfast;
  •  Eat every 3 hours -it might be different for everyone;
  • Never let your body get starved;
  • Eat small meals;
  • Eat a big breakfast, a medium lunch and a light dinner;
  • Workout 4 or more times a week. Find something that suits you -there are some many different ways to workout your body;
  • Breathe fresh air -make sure to walk outside and plan outdoor activities;
    Enjoy life -work is important but finding time to enjoy what is out there is also important!
